- Prepare by laying one sheet of thawed puff pastry on a clean surface. Roll into a 10x12-inch rectangle.
- Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border. Layer 6 slices of deli ham and 1 cup of grated cheese on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to make a log, trim the ends, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice the chilled log into ½-inch sections and place cut-side up on the baking sheets.
- Bake for about 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
