For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley or chives

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare by laying one sheet of thawed puff pastry on a clean surface. Roll into a 10x12-inch rectangle.
  2. Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border. Layer 6 slices of deli ham and 1 cup of grated cheese on top.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to make a log, trim the ends, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Slice the chilled log into ½-inch sections and place cut-side up on the baking sheets.
  6. Bake for about 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. After baking, let cool slightly and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
