- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Return skillet to medium-low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
