Basic Instructions
  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by beating 8 ounces of softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Open two 8 oz cans of refrigerated crescent rolls and separate the dough into 16 triangles.
  3. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese filling and spread it evenly on each triangle. Add blueberries, then roll from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the ends.
  4. Arrange the pastries on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing 1 cup of powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of milk and a splash of vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
