  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled quinoa with 1 cup of chopped vegetables, crack in 1 egg, and mix in ½ cup of breadcrumbs alongside spices. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and form them into golf ball-sized bites, pressing firmly to avoid them falling apart.
