- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
- Add creamy peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the wet mixture and gently stir until just combined.
