  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in grated ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle in baking soda and fold gently to incorporate.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until firm to touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
