Step-by-Step Instructions for Fruity Mocktail
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 2 cups of pomegranate juice and 2 cups of sparkling water. Stir gently to blend the two ingredients together.
  2. Take half of your mixed fruit and add them directly into the pitcher. Gently stir to incorporate the fruits.
  3. Cover the pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. While the mocktail chills, gather the remaining mixed fruit and thread them onto skewers for garnish.
  5. To serve, fill four clear glasses with ice cubes, and pour the fruity mocktail mixture over the ice.
