Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Lean ground beef recommended
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Can substitute with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar/Mozzarella) Sharp cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Optional Add-ins (Bacon, Pickles, Onions) Chopped or diced
For the Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit or Pizza Dough Homemade dough can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder For the butter mixture
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. After the beef mixture has cooled, fold in the shredded cheese and any optional add-ins like diced bacon or pickles.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Use a cutter to make 10 cm circles.
  4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and seal securely.
  5. Melt butter and mix in garlic. Brush over each cheeseburger bomb and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once baked, brush with remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
