- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Cut steak into cubes and divide shrimp into a bowl. Marinate both proteins with half of the marinade each.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Assemble kabobs by threading steak, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked, shrimp turned opaque and pink.
- Remove from grill and let rest; garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve.
