Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into chunks, and brown for about 3 minutes undisturbed.

  3. Stir in minced garlic and taco seasoning, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Reduce heat to low, stir in softened cream cheese until melted and incorporated.
