Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sweetener, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
