Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped grilled chicken, hand-torn romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir gently using a spatula until all ingredients are evenly coated, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. On a clean, flat surface, place a tortilla. Use a 10–12 inch round whole wheat or gluten-free tortilla for best results.
  3. Spoon an even portion of the chicken Caesar filling onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about 2 inches of space around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle croutons over the filling just before wrapping.
  5. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center over the filling, then begin to roll from the bottom up tightly toward the top.
  6. Once your wrap is fully rolled, use a sharp knife to slice it in half diagonally.
