- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped grilled chicken, hand-torn romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir gently using a spatula until all ingredients are evenly coated, about 1-2 minutes.
- On a clean, flat surface, place a tortilla. Use a 10–12 inch round whole wheat or gluten-free tortilla for best results.
- Spoon an even portion of the chicken Caesar filling onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about 2 inches of space around the edges.
- Sprinkle croutons over the filling just before wrapping.
- Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center over the filling, then begin to roll from the bottom up tightly toward the top.
