  2. Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Gnocchi: In the same skillet, add more butter and olive oil. Cook gnocchi for 3-4 minutes until golden, flip, and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Keep warm.
  4. Sauté the Garlic: Lower the heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant for 30-60 seconds.
  5. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Incorporate Cheese and Seasoning: Stir in Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Combine Chicken and Gnocchi: Add spinach to the sauce, then return chicken and gnocchi. Mix and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
