- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly using a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the nut butter and eggs until well combined, about 1–2 minutes.
- Add the granular sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix for about 2 minutes until blended.
- Gradually stir in the oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until there are no dry spots. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired. Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
