Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin pan by lining it or greasing it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Gently combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the chopped peaches evenly.
