Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), curry powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and add to the mixing bowl with the honey curry mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once done, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
