Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, creamed corn, sour cream, shredded cheese, honey, and melted butter. Mix until well integrated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cornmeal, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, pour in the corn mixture, and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares to serve. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
