  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together honey, low sodium soy sauce, chopped green onions, cooking oil, minced garlic, white vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger until fully combined.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, season them with salt and pepper, then coat in the honey soy marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking dish, pour extra marinade over, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Once baked, turn the oven to broil on high and broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley and sesame seeds, and serve with pan juices over rice or vegetables.
