- Melt 1 1/4 cups of butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds until liquefied.
- Combine the melted butter with 2 cups of quick oats, 1 cup of flour, and 1 cup of brown sugar in a bowl until crumbly.
- Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
