Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions (8–10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean surface to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble Roll-Ups: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of remaining Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish. Place about ¼ cup of filling at one end of each noodle, roll tightly, and position seam-side down.
  4. Top Roll-Ups: Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups, ensuring each is covered. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden-brown.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
