Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then sear in a hot skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic for approximately 3 minutes until translucent.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, soy sauce, paprika, and thyme in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Place the seared chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy sauce mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Uncover the dish and serve the chicken over cooked rice, garnishing with the rich sauce.
