Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients for a smooth consistency and fragrant aroma.
- Place chicken thighs into a resealable bag or bowl, pour marinade over, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side or bake for 25–30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic sauce ingredients and stir until creamy. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken, warm pitas or rice, layer chicken, drizzle sauce, and add desired garnishes.
