Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1 pound of lean ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Combine with 1 packet of Taco Bell taco seasoning and 1 cup of water. Stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. While the beef is simmering, cook 8.8 ounces of ready-to-serve Spanish rice and heat up 1 cup of nacho cheese sauce in separate pans.
  4. On each tortilla, spread Taco Bell chipotle sauce, add seasoned beef, cooked Spanish rice, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla strips. Fold and roll tightly.
  5. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, sprinkle shredded cheese to form a crispy crust. Place seam-side down burritos on top and grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once grilled on both sides, remove from skillet, let cool, and serve hot with any additional toppings.
