Preparation Steps
- Remove refrigerated pie crust from the package and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut circles from the pie dough, aiming for about 12 circles.
- Combine chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
- Place about a tablespoon of the chocolate-marshmallow mixture onto half of the dough circles.
- Moisten the edges of each pie with water and press down around the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush melted salted butter over the tops of the hand pies and sprinkle remaining crushed graham crackers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place a few hand pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for about 10 minutes.
- Once golden and fragrant, remove the hand pies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
