- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until slightly chunky, aiming for about 1 ½ to 2 cups of mashed bananas.
- Add the eggs, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract into the bowl with the mashed bananas and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
