Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil and Prepare Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the bowtie pasta, cooking it to al dente (8-10 minutes). In the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper, sauté until golden brown and cooked through (5-6 minutes). Remove chicken and let rest.
