  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
For the Garlic Herb Butter
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme Can substitute with basil or oregano
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary Can use dried if fresh is unavailable

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by patting your chuck steak dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the steak and rub in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the seasoned chuck steak in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
  4. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add a tablespoon of garlic herb butter on each steak, allowing it to melt over the meat.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and drizzle with any remaining garlic herb butter.
