- Start by patting your chuck steak dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the steak and rub in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the seasoned chuck steak in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
