  • 1 tbsp Ginger Fresh, minced.
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free or coconut aminos for paleo.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Can substitute with olive oil.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional tsp Red Pepper Flakes Add for heat.
For Garnish
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Prepare all ingredients by shredding cabbage, julienning carrots, mincing garlic and ginger, and chopping green onions.
  2. Brown the Meat: In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add ground meat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up until golden color.
  3. Aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and ginger with the browned meat and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Combine Veggies: Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender but crisp.
  5. Season and Serve: Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss in green onions just before serving.
