Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for caramelized cauliflower.
  2. Wash the cauliflower and cut into uniform florets, about 1-2 inches.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until blended.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the marinade until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the marinated cauliflower in a single layer.
  6. Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check doneness by piercing a floret with a fork; if needed, roast an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, cool for a minute, then garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro or green onions.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy while hot!
