Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Gradually mix in salt, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour, then fold in finely chopped pecans.
  4. Scoop out about one inch of dough and roll into a ball, placing on the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until light golden and soft to the touch.
  6. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
  7. Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack and dust again with powdered sugar.
