  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Ritz Crackers Crushed
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Fold in the cooked chicken until well coated.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and spread on top.
  8. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes before serving.
