Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until incorporated and let rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by grating the cucumber and squeezing out excess moisture. Mix the drained cucumber with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
