- Begin by taking your boneless beef chuck roast and placing it in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the top of the roast.
- Place the stick of unsalted butter directly on top of the seasoned roast.
- Arrange the pepperoncini peppers around the butter and drizzle the brine over the entire mixture.
