Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure dates are soft; soak in warm water if dry.
  2. Blend soaked dates, sunflower seed butter, chocolate protein powder, instant coffee, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Adjust dough consistency by adding water if too dry, then blend until sticky.
  4. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into 1-inch balls, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for two months.
