Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Chop and toast walnuts in a dry skillet for about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  6. Mix in vanilla extract and add eggs one at a time.
  7. Fold in the mashed bananas gently.
  8. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients, followed by sour cream.
  9. Grease your bundt pan generously with butter and flour.
  10. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  13. Prepare the glaze by melting butter, brown sugar, and milk in a saucepan.
