Preparation Steps
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Italian loaf in half. Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread this mixture on the bread.
- Toast the bread in the oven for 5–10 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat. Add more butter and sauté minced garlic briefly. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in Parmesan and parsley until the sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread. Layer with cooked chicken, sprinkle mozzarella, and drizzle remaining sauce on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and slice to serve warm.

Notes
Use day-old bread for better absorption of the sauce. Don't overcook the chicken to maintain juiciness. High-quality ingredients elevate taste. Customize cheeses to your preference. Assemble in advance for convenience.
