Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Italian loaf in half. Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread this mixture on the bread.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for 5–10 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat. Add more butter and sauté minced garlic briefly. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in Parmesan and parsley until the sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread. Layer with cooked chicken, sprinkle mozzarella, and drizzle remaining sauce on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and slice to serve warm.
