Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 12-hole muffin pan with butter or cooking spray, and optionally line with baking paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chopped butter, and white chocolate over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice cereal, desiccated coconut, raspberry lollies, and chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour the cooled melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until fully coated.
  5. Distribute the mixture evenly among the greased muffin holes, pressing down to shape the crackles.
  6. Chill the muffin pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to set.
  7. Melt additional white chocolate with a splash of vegetable oil, drizzle over crackles, and garnish before chilling for another 30 minutes.
  8. Gently remove the crackles from the pan and serve chilled.
