  • 1 cup Holiday Sprinkles for decoration

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until fluffy.
  2. Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs into the cream cheese mixture, then add 2 cups of whipped topping and blend well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30-40 minutes until slightly firm.
  5. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt 1 cup of red and green candy melts, dip each ball into the melts and sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
