  • 1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener Or any preferred sugar substitute.
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Low-fat or vegan options work well.
  • 4 pieces Oreo Cookies Use gluten-free Oreos for a twist.
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips Optional drizzle.
For Optional Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips Dairy-free options available.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop 4 Oreo cookies and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, and 1/4 cup of monk fruit sweetener; whisk together for about 1 minute.
  3. Add 4 oz of cream cheese and prepared Oreo cookie crumbs into the dry mixture; mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
  4. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls, placing each on a lined baking sheet; make around 12-15 balls.
  5. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to firm up the protein balls.
  6. If desired, melt 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips in the microwave; drizzle over chilled protein balls and let set before serving.
