  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Dried oregano and basil can replace
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs or panko, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the pork chops dry, then dip each into the butter and olive oil mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Press the chops into the coating mixture to adhere.
  5. Place the coated chops in the greased baking dish, spaced to allow crisping.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and tops are golden.
  7. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes for an extra crispy top.
  8. Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
