- Wash 1 cup of fresh raspberries thoroughly under cool water. In a blender, combine the raspberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, measure out 1/2 cup of half-and-half and add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract. Whip gently until fully combined and slightly frothy.
- Fill a 16-ounce glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour Dr. Pepper into the glass over the ice, filling it up to about three-quarters full.
- Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of raspberry puree into the glass, letting it drizzle down the sides.
- Gently add 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture on top of the raspberry layer.
- Top off with more chilled Dr. Pepper and stir gently before serving.
