Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice a medium-sized cucumber into thin rounds and dice fresh honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing glass, gently muddle the cucumber slices, honeydew chunks, and mint leaves together for about 15–20 seconds.
  3. Pour freshly squeezed lime juice into the muddled mixture, followed by agave syrup. Stir gently until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Prepare serving glasses by filling them with ice cubes and strain the mojito mixture over the ice.
  6. Pour soda water into each glass, filling them to the brim.
  7. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a thin slice of cucumber.
