Preparation Steps
- In a large punch bowl or a gallon-sized pitcher, pour in 32 ounces of apple cider and 32 ounces of pineapple juice. Stir them together thoroughly until well mixed.
- Cover the punch bowl or pitcher with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour to chill.
- When ready to serve, carefully add 2 liters of ginger ale to the chilled mixture.
