For the Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Essential for the smooth texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh lemon juice is preferred.
For the Berries
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) Can use frozen berries without thawing.
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin (optional) Mix with cold water until dissolved before microwaving.

Method
 

Prepare the Dessert
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed. Press half of this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch round baking pan to form a crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and fresh lemon juice, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold the mixed fresh berries into the cream cheese filling using a spatula.
  4. Pour the cream cheese and berry filling over the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours until set completely.
