  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce Hummus can be used as a twist.
  • 2 cups French Fries Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Vegetables Red onion, tomato, cucumber or seasonal veggies.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by combining boneless chicken thighs, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili flakes in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  3. Place skewered chicken in air fryer basket. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until chicken is golden brown and reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
  4. Prepare seasoned butter by mixing softened butter with additional lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, brush with seasoned butter.
  6. Warm naan bread in the air fryer or skillet.
  7. Assemble gyros by spreading tzatziki sauce on warm naan, adding chicken, fries, and veggies, then wrap tightly.
  8. Cut wrapped gyros in half and serve immediately.
