- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Open biscuit dough and quarter each biscuit.
- Toss the quartered biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture, ensuring each piece is coated well.
- Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Grease a bundt pan and spoon the chicken-biscuit mixture into it, pressing gently.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a platter. Garnish with parsley before serving.
