  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Substitute with coconut sugar or honey.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar White vinegar or apple cider vinegar can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your vegetables: chop pak choi, mince garlic, and rinse bean sprouts.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauces, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
  3. Boil water and cook udon noodles for 4-5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add ground beef, cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  6. Incorporate pak choi and bean sprouts, sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add udon noodles and sauce, toss for 1-2 minutes to combine.
  8. Stir-fry everything for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping heat moderate.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
