Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized chunks. Pat them dry, then season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Lower to medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked chicken pieces to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until well coated, allowing to simmer gently for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm over pasta, rice, or as appetizers.
