Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to the baking sheet and shape into a round crust about 10-12 inches in diameter.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, chop the romaine lettuce, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and toss to coat.
  6. Once the crust has cooled, spread the Caesar salad mixture over it and add extra chicken or bacon bits if desired.
  7. Drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the assembled pizza, season with fresh black pepper, slice, and serve immediately.
