Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the marinated chicken strips onto the grill or pan. Cook each side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Prepare the garlic sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  6. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
